Wellness challenges are a great way to stay motivated and move! Track your activity in the Y’s free mobile app* to earn bragging rights and Y swag. Track your activity in the app to see your name creep to the top of the monthly rankings (located within the app) and claim your victory!
Here are some tips for a successful challenge:
- Register through the app. Go to the My Y tab on the app, choose Fitness Challenges and tap Join
- Synch your wearable fitness tracker with the app
- Log your activity in the app under My Wellness-Log Workout or start your workout on your wearable fitness tracker and it will automatically synch. Find your workout and select the fitness challenge field.
