Running Performance Clinic

This 8-week clinic is designed to help runners of any experience, and skill levels, focus on achieving their goals. Running coach and Personal Trainer, Bobby Danielson, will help you develop strategies to reach 5k or longer distances. Some of these strategies include a combination of long runs and speed work to build endurance and speed.

Runners will meet in the Fireside Lounge to review the workout plan before departure.
