Everyone’s an artist at a Fun Color Workshop! Painting on an artist’s canvas is a relaxing, fun, and satisfying experience.  Join local artist, photographer, and former art gallery owner Jeff Urraro as he shows how easy it is to make pleasing, colorful art in this 3-hour workshop. All materials are included, just bring your creativity and your imagination!

Share your passion for reading at the Y’s Page Turners Book Club by participating in fun and lively discussions of the group’s selected book. There MAY be copies of the books that will be discussed at the Membership Desk, BUT THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE. Books are also available at the library and for purchase on Amazon.

Discussions will take place in the Youth Department, located on the 1st floor behind the staff offices. A Y staff can assist you if you need guidance.

After a long winter, you’re anxious to get back out on the links. We’re here to help you do that safely.

Join Gary Foster in this 4-week program using clubs and techniques to get your core and lower back ready for the perfect swing. The controlled movements and focus on core strength in Pilates directly translate to improved posture, stability, and flexibility on the golf course.

Join our afternoon Active Older Adult group the first Monday of the month for some food and fellowship in the Lobby.

Let’s lace up your sneakers and hit the trails together. Walkers of all fitness levels welcome!

We’ll be walking indoors in inclement weather, and outside the Y when weather permits. Those who join will receive notification about Saturday morning walks around the area, and team walks like Highmark Walk For A Healthy Community. Non-members are welcome (registration with photo ID required), except for water walking.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00 am – 9:00 am, meet at Eastside Y

Water Walkers: Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:00pm – 3:00pm in the small pool

Saturdays  – 11:00am – Noon, starting April 6
