CAN YOU HAN-DILL THE PICKLE?

The craze that is sweeping the nation has made it to the YMCA of Greater Erie….PICKLEBALL!!

Pickleball is a paddleball sport (similar to a racquet sport) that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, with 26-40 round holes, over a net.

The Y offers Open Play for Members and Leagues for everyone!

OPEN PLAY

No registration required for general play! Instructor led sessions require registration.

All equipment is provided by the YMCA during the open times listed.

Downtown YMCA (North Gym)

  • 8 weeks of round-robin games with playoffs for top teams
  • Playoffs for Top Teams:  Seeded by total points and play to crown a Champ
