This program will help you SHED that winter and holiday weight all while holding you accountable and tracking progress.  (With your choice of weigh-ins, body fat% checks, and or measurements.)  Shawn will teach you how to maintain fitness goals, and track progress along the way.  During this 12 week program you will start with a hands on approach and will gradually shift to self based training.  This program will help you concentrate on choosing the right foods to eat at the right times while understanding the proper caloric intake with the help of nutrition coaching.

Member FEE – $250.00

NON – Member FEE – $400.00

Tuesdays 6:45pm – 7:45pm.

Thursdays 5:45pm – 7:45pm

Saturdays 11am – 12:30pm
