JUMPSTART

Jumpstart is a new approach to wellness that involves personal training sessions, introduction to group exercise, nutritional guidance and LOTS OF SUPPORT!

This 8 week program includes pre and post fitness assessments, 2 personal training sessions per week and one group exercise class of your choice per week attended with your trainer.

The program is led by a student in the Exercise Science Program at Slippery Rock University.
