Intro to Water Polo
Designed to introduce the sport of water polo to children in a recreational format. The intent is to provide understanding of the sport and basic skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting.

Provides the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of water polo in a fun, supportive environment that emphasizes skill development and teamwork while improving stamina, endurance and overall swimming skills.
No prior water polo experience required. Class meets in the small pool. Deep water competency is preferred but Lifejackets are available if necessary.
