Health Screenings

Health Screenings

YMCA Branches periodically offer free health screenings through our specialty staff (e.g. Healthy Heart Ambassadors) or community partners. Many of our screenings support our Chronic Disease Prevention Programs:

Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring

Diabetes Prevention

Moving For Better Balance

Screenings can be offered as members-only or to the community at large. Until further notice, masks are required to enter and move around YMCA facilities, and social distancing is observed.
