The YMCA offers a variety of special events for adults, kids and families. We welcome all people to join us!
Early Memorial Day Workout (5/22)
We invite you to participate in an Early Memorial Day Murph workout as a meaningful way to honor those who served. This workout will be held Friday, May 22nd in the OFIC area downstairs at the Eastside Y.
The Murph Workout is a well-known CrossFit-style workout traditionally completed on Memorial Day to honor the service and sacrifice of U.S. military members. The workout includes a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and a final 1-mile run. While it is challenging, Murph is about more than physical effort—it’s a moment to come together, move with purpose, and reflect in gratitude.
To ensure this workout is accessible and welcoming to all, modifications and scaling options will be provided for every movement. Participants are encouraged to choose the version that best supports their abilities, comfort level, and goals, so everyone can take part and honor the day in a way that feels meaningful to them.
This workout is free to members, though we will happily accept cash donations the day of, to support our Veteran Programs.

Splash and Dash Aquatics Easter Egg Hunt
THE EASTER BUNNY DOESN’T ALWAYS HIDE EGGS ON THE GROUND!
On April 4th, come join us for our Aquatics Easter Egg Hunt! All children ages 0-12 are welcome to join us for our special event! Come 15 minutes before your designated session to check in! Please bring your own water-friendly Easter Basket for egg collection! There will be a hidden golden egg in each group and the child to find the egg will receive a special prize! Space is limited, so register soon!
Member Rates: $5/child before April 4th, $10/child day of event.
Non-Member Rates: $10/child before April 4th, $15/child day of event.
Session 1: 1:00pm-1:45pm
