Explore group exercise and fitness classes for all levels, from bootcamp and strength to cycle and circuits.
Boomer Bootcamp (Bootcamp Gold): In this class you’ll learn age-appropriate circuit and strength training drills & imaginative ways to integrate interval training into your workout. You will build stamina, and strength, blast fat, optimize cardio-respiratory fitness, and minimize stress of exercise on aging joints. Body Blitz: Body Blitz includes a range of exercise techniques and equipment to give you a full body functional strength workout. (45 min) ALL LEVELS (also offered on YMCA360)
